How soon will the order be delivered
Stocked items are dispatched via a next day carrier . Products made to a consumer's specification can vary in time, depending on the time of year and current production runs. We try to dispatch most items within 5-7 working days after ordering, however do feel free to contact us to inquire about our current production time.

Do we ship outside the UK.
We are happy to ship outside the UK Please Contact us by email for a shipping quote on shipments outside the UK. To provide a quote, we need to know what product you want, and the address where you want it shipped. Also if any shipping documentation is required

What do you do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Contact us 01740 621175 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away.
