Identitag manufactures bespoke instrument panels, control panel fascias, rack panels and mimic panels for industrial, electrical and engineering applications.

From a simple engraved switch plate to a complex machine control panel incorporating display apertures, switches, push buttons, warning symbols and operating instructions, each panel can be manufactured to your individual drawing or specification.

Using our in-house CAD/CAM, CNC machining, engraving and direct-printing equipment, we can provide prototypes, replacement panels and repeat-production quantities with consistent, professional results.

Engraving, Marking & Printing

Depending on the material and required finish, your control panel can be produced using:

Rotary Engraving
Deep, permanent engraving suitable for aluminium, stainless steel, plastics and engraving laminates.

Fibre Laser Marking
High-resolution permanent marking of suitable metals, including detailed text, serial numbers, logos and graphics.

CO₂ Laser Engraving
Ideal for many plastics, acrylics and engraving laminates.

Direct Digital Printing
Suitable where detailed graphics, multiple colours, logos, symbols or complex mimic diagrams are required.

Colour-Filled Engraving
Engraved lettering and graphics can be colour filled to provide excellent contrast and clear identification.

These manufacturing methods can also be combined on the same panel where required.

Anodised Aluminium

A popular choice for machinery and instrumentation due to its professional appearance, dimensional stability and durability.

Traffolyte & Engraving Laminates

Multi-layer engraving material produces permanent, high-contrast lettering and is particularly suitable for control panels, electrical panels and industrial identification.

• 1.5 mm
• 3.0 mm
• Multiple colour combinations
• Brushed silver finish

Clear Polycarbonate

An excellent option for printed overlays, display panels and applications requiring transparency.

Stocked thicknesses include:

1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm and 5.0 mm

316L Stainless Steel

For demanding industrial environments requiring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.

Stocked DP1 finish thicknesses include:

0.9 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm

Acrylic

Available for engraved, machined and printed panels where a clean decorative finish is required.

Stocked in a selection of thicknesses and colours.

Pre-Coated Aluminium

White pre-coated aluminium is available for printed control panels, equipment fascias and identification panels.

Aluminium Composite

A rigid, lightweight panel material suitable for larger control and equipment panels.
